• GABRIELE'S HOUSE SALAD - mesclun greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, black olives, onions, gorgonzola cheese, house dressing
• CEASAR SALAD- romaine, shaved parmesan, roasted tomatoes, croutons
• CLAMS OREGANATA- baked with herb breadcrumbs
• THE MEATBALL- slow-roasted tomato sauce, whipped rosemary ricotta

• WAGYU BEEF BURGER- bacon jam, crispy onions, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, sesame seed bun
